Cadence was born and raised in Front Royal, VA.  She graduated a year early from Warren County High School.  She is a former MLMS alumni and began her work career June 2021.  She has been babysitting since she was 12 years old.  Miss Noel has worked at the ice cream stand at the Apple House in Front Royal.

Cadence loves arts, crafts, beading, clay work, and gardening.  She is interested in criminology as she soon begins undergraduate classes.
